These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern:

These Terms apply to consumer customers within the European Union and are governed by applicable EU consumer protection law, including but not limited to Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

Products – physical goods offered for sale on the Website, including continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems, sensors, and accessories.

Order – a purchase request submitted via the Website.

Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade, business, or profession.

Contract – the legally binding agreement formed upon our acceptance of your Order.

4.2. Information provided on the Website is for general informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.

4.3. You should always follow:

We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment decisions.

5. ORDER PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION

5.1. By placing an Order, you submit an offer to purchase Products under these Terms.

5.2. A Contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

5.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders if:

• fraud or misuse is suspected.
• Products are unavailable,
• payment authorization fails,
• incorrect pricing or information is detected,

6. PRICES, TAXES & PAYMENT

6.1. All prices are shown in EUR (€).

6.2. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

6.4. Products remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

8.1. Statutory Right

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the Products.

8.2. How to Exercise the Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

You may use our Withdrawal Form, which is available on the Website, but its use is not mandatory.

8.3. Effects of Withdrawal

• You must return the Products without undue delay.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned Products.

8.4. Exceptions

For hygiene-sensitive medical products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded once the product has been unsealed, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
